October Fall Break Training Camp (Three Days Covering All Throwing Events)
The October Fall Training Camp is focused on technical instruction with a strong emphasis on detailed drill work for the shot put, discus, and introduction to hammer and weight throwing. Also, it includes an intro to weight room training for the throws. REGISTRATION FORMS ARE LISTED BELOW.

February/March—All Day Technical Clinic
The February and March clinics are 6 hours of technical instruction covering detailed drill work and lots of throws with feedback for the shot put, discus, and hammer throw. Includes an intro to weight training for the throws. REGISTRATION FORMS ARE LISTED BELOW.

Weekday Practice Session
Weekday practice sessions are estimated to be 3 hours long, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, covering technical instruction for the shot put, discus, and hammer throw. Does not include weight training.

Online Distance Learning
The online distance training option is a way for athletes to be a part of a championship program without being at the facility. We have seen multiple athletes become champions who earned scholarships at the Division I level through this distance training option. It's a way for me, along with the athlete & parent coach, to build a successful team. We have found this to be a very rewarding and enjoyable approach to learning and training the throws. Video reviews, FaceTime sessions, and Weight Training and instructions.

May, June & July—Two Two-Day Technical Clinics
May, June, and July are separate two-day technical clinics from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the first day and 9:00 AM to noon on the second day, covering detailed technical instruction for the shot put, discus, and hammer throw. Includes an intro to weight training for the throws.

Monthly Core Group
Evening practice sessions are estimated to be 3.5 hours long, focusing on technical training for two events daily. Shot, discus, and hammer throw followed by a full strength & conditioning program, minimum twice a week. This is your college-bound group of athletes.
